1. Who runs the lodge

These terms govern your use of acaciasundowner.com ("Acacia Sundowner", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of acaciasundowner.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may visit the lodge

Acacia Sundowner is for users aged 18 or over and no one else; in using it you confirm that you meet that age.

3. The lodge’s virtual coins

  • The virtual coins used in the games are provided free of charge.
  • Coins carry no monetary value and are neither money, credit nor property.
  • No coin may be bought, sold, transferred or withdrawn, nor exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. Nothing is sold in the app.
  • Prizes with real-world value are not on offer.
  • We may at any time make adjustments to coins, levels and features, or reset them.

4. Nothing here is played for real money

Acacia Sundowner does not offer real-money gambling and does not promote it; nor does it link to any gambling operator.

5. Your lodge account

  • Playing requires a free account, one per person, which you must not share.
  • Your password must stay with you; let us know immediately if anyone else has used your account.
  • The account page lets you delete your account at any time; deletion is immediate and irreversible.

  • Coins, levels and missions belong with the account, are not your property, and may be reset.

6. Conduct on the grounds

7. Service availability and our liability
